I have a real crappy chart this time around. I usually don't have a temp on Sundays, now it looks like more than Sunday. ANYWAYS. My question is....my periods are 28-30 days ALWAYS. The last chart I have I O'ed on CD16 got PG then had a M/C around 7 weeks later( ). That chart was more informative. Since my cycles are 28-30 days, Do you O on the same CD as the chart before? Will it vary a few days before or after te last chart? I BD on CD14, I will tonight (CD15) and most likely the next 2 days. I'm just trying to "catch" the day I O.

(Sorry if this sounds confusing, but when I wrote it and said it out loud, it made sense. )

You can O anytime during your cycle (will almost ) You won't necessarily O on the same CD every cycle. Sometimes you can O a day or two earlier and sometimes you can O later than you expected. Oh, forgot to look at your chart so I'm going to ehnd up edited this.
Ok, your temps are very low which if you regularly have a 28 to 30 day cycle, it looks like you might be O'ing or getting ready to. You might want to continue to BD until you see a shift in temperatures. I hope this helps! Good luck catching your eggie! (((((((O Vibes)))))))

You can O on different days. Usually from cycle to cycle if you are regular it doesn't vary that much. But for some, like me it varies alot from cycle to cycle. I have had 13 day cycles to 77 day cycles.

But if you have recently had a m/c that can throw off your cycle a bit too.
