Hello Ladies I posted a couple of days back about whether or not I should discard a temp on my FF chart. I have been ill and my past two temps have been high. Well when I put in my temp this am I got cross hairs and FF says Im 3DPO. UGH Im pretty sure I havent O'd Yet. This is my first full Month of temping so I really Dont know what my pattern is yet But I havent gotten a + Opk eighter. I have been using them along with temping, Because Of being ill. I will not use them alone anymore because I had issues I has last month. I am only CD14 and I have 31-32 day cycles. I know its possible but CD 11 to O on such a long cycle seems unlikely to me Especially since I havent had a fully + OPK yet. Can you all take a look at my chart and see what you think, also If you agree with me can you tell me how to change things. Thanks ladies for the help! Lisa

I'm definitely not a charting expert, lol, but I think the temperatures were up because you were sick too and that you really haven't O'ed. I had a high temp in this cycle when I got a stomach virus and I just discarded it. You can discard it by clicking the discarded box next to where you enter your temp. Maybe someone else will have better advice though. Good luck!!

I'm very new to charting, but I agree with you that your illness my have thrown FF off a little. I think I would keep going along as if I hadn't o'ed yet (and keep taking OPK's, bding). I know that you can mark "Fever" and "illness" under the "Specifics" tab, but I don't know if these are taken into account by the FF algorithm. If you're still feeling ill, maybe try taking a tylenol before going to bed?

Good luck!

Thanks for the replies ladies! I did take a tylenol last night before bed thats why my temps alot lower this am then last, Ijust didnt think that I would spike a temp or I would have done the same yesterday but this thing that started as a little pain hit me full blown overnight! I dont want to discard my temps and have them missing for a while, becuase Im not sure how long this crud will be with me! Im just so bummed because I have been doing so good this month temping and charting that I really wanted to see a what a thermal shift looked like for me! Yeah I saw it but for illness. I did put a note to the effect of ill in my chart maybe I forgot to click on somethimg for it to recognize it I will check. I will keep on going on like I havent O'd Yet but now because Of my erratic temps I dont know that I will be able to tell definitively if I O this month and when, Cause last month I got 2 + OPK's One week apart so I wanted to use them to confirm my temps only
