Ahhgg..FF is giving me chest pain

This is my first month using FF. Today, 6 DPO according to FF, I put in my temp. Well, then FF re-evaluated my chart and moved my cross hairs forward two days. Now I'm only 3 DPO. What's worse, is my intercourse timing is now off. When FF had my ovulation date as CD 14, bding was right on!

Let me explain:

Sun (CD 14) I got a + OPK at 1PM (FMU was -). DH and I Bd'd that day.
Mon (CD 15) I got a + OPK with FMU. Unfortuately, DH and I tried to BD, but the poor guy was so worn out that, well, it didn't quite happen.

Tues (CD 16) I got a - OPK with FMU. My CM on Tuesday was different - I didn't find any EWCM, like the previous two days. DH and I bd'd in the evening, just as a give it one last shot, just in case. I just had this feeling when we did that it was too late.

Anyone out there willing to take a look and give me your thoughts?

P.S. I work rotating shifts, so I am not always able to take my temp at the same time each day.

Looking at your chart is looks like FF is right. You have a nice sustained thermal shift within the last three days (they are .2 degrees higher than your previous 6 days worth of temps - this is how FF determines your O date on advanced method). With your two pos opks and the cm, it seems all to confirm O day for three days ago. Keep in mind once you do get a pos on an opk, you will O as early as 24 hours or as last as 72 hours later. Your BD is great! I would not worry in that department, you BD"ed 4 times within your 6 day fertile window so you have a very good chance this cycle. I hope you caught your eggie and these two weeks fly by ending with a bfp! (((((((Baby Vibes)))))))

I agree FF looks like it has the right O day and your BD timing wasn't bad at all!! Good luck!

I am leaning towards day 15 or 16ing being your O day.

Thank you all for responding. I'm feeling less depressed about the chart. I just hope we caught the eggie & that my LP is long enough (I'm not sure how long it is normally).

I think you BD` s are very good. We didnt do anything on +opk day, we did the day before and day after +OPK(which was - at the time) and concieved our son.I hope you get a BFP this month.
