Okay, so I still haven't detected ovulation!!! I have taken OPK after OPK two times a day and I am getting negatives. They are actually getting lighter and lighter. I know for fact I haven't gotten a positive because the test line has never gotten as dark or darker than the reference line and now, the test line is getting lighter! WTH is wrong with me??? I am really getting frustrated and starting to lose hope here! I am now getting the lotiony creamy CM and getting moody and sensitive which makes me think that I am not ovulating this cycle which has never happened to me before. Doesn't the lotiony CM mean AF is coming soon? I am really getting frustrated because if I don't this cycle, then I will have to wait until January as DH is going out of town for 2 weeks in December for training! ARRRRGGHHH! I am not feeling to good about this one! Okay, sorry ladies, I just have to vent....I don't mean to sound so pathetic! Thanks for your help and for letting me vent!

Wow - I don't know. How long are your cycles normally? I would say that you probably haven't ovulated yet. You have a lot of variation in your temps. Do you temp vaginally? I used to take oral temps, but they were all over the place, so I changed over to vaginal temping and had more success. As far as the OPK thing, I went through something similar this month (though not as long). I kept taking the OPK's two times a day. At first they looked close to being positive, but then they became so light that the test line was barely visible. I was very worried. Then, about 18 hours before I got my first positive OPK, they actually started to get a little darker. It was very frustrating because I ovulated so late in my cycle that I was worried that it was never going to happen.

Hang in there, you may ovulate yet!

Thanks girls! I usually have irregular cycles and acutally got off of bcp 3 months ago....so I am sure that my cycles are going back to normal which means that they will be irregular probably. And I know this might sound strange, but how do you temp vaginally? Do you need a special thermometer? Well thank you for all of your help.

A BBT thermometer will work. While lying in bed, place the thermometer just inside the vagina (like when you insert a tampon) about 1 to 2 inches (as far as feels comfortable). When it beeps, read your temp. It may take a couple practice tries. Keep in mind that you aren't supposed to switch temperature recording methods during the cycle. So I would say that if you don't have luck this cycle, maybe try vaginal temps next cycle.

Good luck!

I stalked you on another board....lol.....but I'm wondering too if you O'd on cd24. What brand of opk's are u using? Did you get any that were almost positive??? Do you have any pics of your opks? Your last few temps look like you've probably O'd. Good Luck, I'll keep stalking you over the weekend.

I am pretty positive I didn't O on those days because I have been using the Clear Blue OPK tests and also the IC OPK strips and they haven't even come close to being + ! But, I just posted a new topic saying I think I might O soon because I had a huge temp drop this morning and my watery CM is back, soooo I am crossing my fingers that this one is it!

Your temp dipping back down the last couple of days confirms that you haven't o'd yet. GL!

Do you know around which day you usually O??

Hopefully with the temps lower and the watery CM you will see a +OPK soon and O soon.
