I was hoping that one of you ladies could help me learn to read my chart. I just not sure which day I ovulated and how to know that. I know your temp goes up, but it it all at once or gradual?

I feel silly asking and not knowing how to do this.

It looks to me like you ovulated on day 26. I say this cuz you had a + OPK the day before and a negative one that day. Plus that was your day that your temp made a big jump.

USUALLY the temp will jump up indicating O, but there are times where there is a slow rise too.
