I asked a question yesterday and my temp dropped today so far it looks anovulatory isnt it?I got +OPK but did not get any temp spike along with it.What do you think? Is it possible i havent O`ed yet?

I didnt get any pain (normally i get O pains) and also i take my temp at the same time but not always after 3 hours of sleep. Usually 1 or 2 (my son wakes 1-2 hours before my temping time). Does that affect?

It's possitble you O'd today, let's see what your temps do the next couple of days. With a + opk, that means you will O 12-72 hours after your +. As far as your temping, yes it does make a difference if you wake up and then go back to sleep for 1-2 hours then temp. You are suppose to get 3 hours of consecutive sleep. Do you get up with your son then lay back down? That will make a difference also. If you son ALWAYS wakes up at the same time, then I suggest changing your temping time to the earlier time (not this cycle, but next cycle if there is a next cycle )

I hope that helps some. Good Luck!

I think Cheryl summed it up pretty good!! With that drop today, I think you have a chance of today being O day. Just have to see if you get the spike and consecutive high temps now.

When you get a + OPK it is telling you that you are gearing up to O with in the next 12 to 48 hours. So it could be up to 2 days after your +OPK that you O.
