Vitex is an herb that is suppose to help regulate your cycles.

Its tricky though cuz you can't take it after you O, so if you are not sure when you have O'ed thats not good.

And it does take a few months to kick in and get to working. I have tried it several times. It did seem to help me when I was ttc #3, but this time it didn't help a bit.
