i woke up at 5 and went to the bathroom then took my temp when i went back to bed, it was 97.63. then i woke up at 9 and it was 97.84. which temp do i use. the first one does seem high but i think i pretend ovulated yesterday because i had bad back pains and o pains. i surely couldn't go from o'ing on day 35 to 15 could i?

Well Im no expert thats for sure but first of all did you use the rest room then temp? If so you should use the second one because you got 4 hours of sleep in between and you should temp right as you wake up befor you move or use the rest room or do anything.

Neither one is really going to be a true temp, but I would say the first one is probably a little more accurate. I would put that in and then under the symptoms section, mark sleep deprived, so it leaves the circle open on your chart.

I agree with Alexa. They will both be considered a disturbance, but the first one is probably closer to what you temp would have been.

For most women the change in a length of a cycle has to do with ovulation. So it is very possible to go from Oing late one month to Oing much earlier the next. Are you taking anything that may have helped you O sooner?

i started vitex about a week ago, i am really hoping it will make me o sooner. last two cycles i o'd on day 25. i don't feel that close to o'ing yet, i think i need a big dip then about 4 somewhat higher temps that is what it looks like on my other charts. i need a dip soon.
