This was my first month TTC. I think I might want to start charting but I don't know where to begin. I signed myself up on FF. I was bleeding last night (bright red) and now I am spotting. But AF should be on her way. I was due yesterday. When should I start temping??? I did take my temp this morning b/c I was bleeding last note. So i thought AF would be here full blown today. Do I wait until I have a regular flow or keep temping now. I have pretty regular cycles. usually 28-30 days. I am little lost here. ANy help would be appreciated!! Thanks

I would probably continue to temp, just to get used to doing it if nothin else. Temps during AF don't really mean anything in the long run, but it will just get you in the habit. Good luck TTC, and if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask - the ladies in here are a lot of help!

Keep temping.

The start of a new cycle is when you have a first day of real red blood flow where you need a pad or a tampon.

I would keep temping and make sure to temp at the same time every morning before moving or getting up.
