i am wondering this as i do every cycle during o. why is it so painful. sorry tmi but it is also associated with a change in my bms. i go much more and sometimes it hurts. is this a sign something is wrong. it seems wierd to me that i am supposed to bd during this time when my stomach is so tender.

I get strong, painful O pains as well. I don't think it's anything wrong. I told my doctor I wanted to get pg soon cause I'm tired of these O pains! He just laughed. I don't O when I start getting the pains. I O about 3 days later. So make sure you keep bding for a few days after the pains. Good Luck!

When I O I am sore for that whole day, sex often hurts cuz its like my cervix is getting bumped.

And the day after I am still sore.

Never a difference in BMs though.
