I woke up around 2:30 am, and took my temp, since I get out of bed at 5:30, it wouldn't have been a full 4 hours sleep. So it was 97.3 then, I took it again when I got up around 5:30, and it was 97.6. I charted inbetween...rofl. I put 97.4. Do you think I should just stick with 97.3? I went to sleep around 11 pm, so both are about 3 hours of sleep.

Actually its 3 hours of sleep you need, not 4. So take the temp you had at 530. It should be pretty accurate.

Hope that helps.

When do you usually take your temp? IF you usually take it at 2:30 then that's the temp you chart, but if you usually temp at 5:30 then that's the temp you should chart.

I usually temp at 530, but have been waking up every night and have not been able to get back to sleep a lot of the time. Like the other night I woke up around 3, and stayed in bed, but I was awake pretty much the entire time. So, my temp that day was really high. So I decided if I wake up in the middle of the night to take it, since I may not go back to sleep. Does that make sense?
