What are the different trends to look for after ovulation? I have heard of so many, but just want to get you ladies' imput! What should I be hoping to happen with my temps?

For me personally.

After I ovulate I have all kinds of what seem like pg feelings, but they turn out to not be.

The only indicator I have of being pg is when my temps go up and stay nice and high. For me if they go up over 98.1 or 98.2 that is a good sign. But under that, typically means no pg or at least not a sticky pg.

I honestly couldn't tell much different on my chart the one cycle that I did get a bfp (I ended up having a m/c though).. the only thing was that my temp did NOT drop the day before AF was due like it drops every other time.

Really, for most people I don't think that there is anything you can tell by looking at the chart until AFTER you get the bfp. It's frustrating, cause we all want to know, and know NOW, but it just doesn't seem to happen that way.

HTH!

IF you stalk the pg charts, you will see that by 10, 11, 12 dpo most temps will be up. Sometimes they will drop .1 or .2 degrees but then go up again. I always start stalking pg charts to see if I can find a chart like mine! lol

Truly pg charts only show their true colors towards the end of the cycle at 12/13/14dpo. If the temps are elevated and don't drop below the coverline its a good sign, especially if they don't drop at 13/14dpo. Also sustained flat temps are a good sign as well, once again as long as they stay elevated.
