Hi ladies, Im thinking that wen my january period arrives i will start charting. I have never done it before and im very cluless about interpreting charts and stuff. I opened a account with fertility friend and jus trying to find my way around it. I charted my cm and opk status for the last few months but i'll wait till jan to start temping.

Does anyone have any advice or tips on charting for me?

Watch out - it's addicting

Just make sure you take your temp at the same time each morning, and after at least 3 hours of sleep. There is a sticky that has all kinds of tips about charting, so check it out.

Good luck!

Honestly I would start temping now just to get a feel for it, so when you are offically doing it you will be able to look back a bit. It is never too early to start up.

Make sure you are temping at the same time everyday, make sure you get at least 3 hours straight of sleep, and do not get up or out of bed before you take your temp.

Good luck!
