Okay I am on vitex this cycle and I think its making my temps way lower. Do you think I did O?
I think I did but not so sure about my temps. I really thought this morning it would go up but it fell a little.
Any thoughts?

It looks promising that you O'd. I always have low temps, so when I looked at the chart i thought you were being silly. Of course then I looked at the other chart on your page and realized I am just a weirdo with my super-low temps...rofl.

Thanks, I am still thinking maybe my temp will go up tomorrow and so a for sure O day but if not I guess I will assume my temps are way lower this cycle.

i am taking vitex also and my temps have been lower than thier usual lowm, i did o early though i think

I'm not so sure actually. Your coverline is usually a lot higher than it is this month. Then you have had ewcm the past few days. I would watch the temps over the weekend and then go from there. It could be the vitex but that's a big difference from your normal temps. You normally O later too but again that could be the vitex. Boy, I'll be stalking you to see

I'd like to see today's temp before I gander a guess. IF your temp went up then I'd say yes for O.

You recorded a + OPK and there is a temp shift so I would say yes, you O'ed.

Thanks ladies!! I still don't agree with FF though. I think I am 4 or 5 dpo and it says 6 dpo. Either way I am testing on Monday lol!
