Okay so I am trying to get my AF tracking back on track so that I know when to go for my birth control pills.

AF came

Aug 31
Sept. 30
Oct 20th
Nov 3-13 (m/c)
Dec-??

Do I count the last day of the bleeding from my m/c?? Or the first day I started spotting? I am just trying to get a good idea of when AF will show up??

Hmmmmmm, that's a good questions. I'm not sure. Maybe you should go ask on the pregnancy loss board. I'd say though that if you are not bleeding now, then go for an appt to get your b/c pills then start your pack with your next cycle.
