Hi everyone, I was wondering how you take your temp. Vaginally. It might sound a little dumb, but I'm sort of at a loss of how to. Me and my hubby are going to start trying again after the twins are born and I'm gonna start charting immeadietly. With the twins, we had been ttc for 5 months. I didn't start charting until we were trying for 3 months. My friend suggested it and it helped so much, we got preggo almost immeadietly.

I do it oral, but I heard if you temp vaginal its better because you wont have any issues like if your mouth was open or anything.

I temp orally. IF your temps are consistent then that should be fine, some ladies have crazy wacky temps and vaginally is more accurate. It's a matter of personal choice I think.

I temp vaginally its just eiser for me and i was told it was more acurate so thats what i do at least i dont have to worry about sleeping with my mouth open etc
