Hi ladies, i didnt temp this whole cycle cos i only jus decided to try it and wanted to get the feel for it first. i started temping on cd27/32-34 jus to see what the temps did. Im cd29 now and my temp is 98.6 and has been for three days....is this good? When would i expect to see it drop for af coming?

thanks ladies

Do you know how long your cycles usually are? Sometimes temps won't drop off before AF...like mine doesn't drop until the day of or day after AF starts so the only way I know I'm getting ready to start is by what cycle day it is. 98.6 is a good temp though and hopefully it stays high for you! Good luck!!

My temp drops the day before or the day I get AF.

Hard to say when yours will drop since you don't have any historical data to go by. You're definitely in the lutuel phase (LP) though (which is the time after you ovulate until you get your AF). Typically, LPs range from 10-16 days.

Once you start charting regularly, you'll get a better feel for how long your LP is. But I'm hoping your temp doesn't drop and continues to go higher!

My cycles are 32days usually, had one cycle at 34 days so i use that as my longest. Im going to keep temping to see what it does anyway and i'll start properly next cycle
