I have a question about CM. The other day I had some on my panties that was EWCM, but then I checked a little later with my finger and it was creamy. I went ahead and put EWCM on my chart. It is normal for it to vary throughout the day? Does that have any signifigance?
I really have not gotten a lot of EWCM at any given time, it's always just a scant amount, but I figured that could be my body adjusting to being off BCP.

You can have a vast range of CM throughout the day so chart what is most fertile (thats what FF says anyhow LOL)

Mine changes two i try to only check it once a day at about the same time but if i notice something more fertal later in the day than i change it to that. i believe FF said you should use the most fertal cm of the day so as not miss a fertal BD day

Your CM and change throughout the day just like your CP.

But you need to always record the most fertile CM you see.
