You can chart that information, but without the temps to confirm O, its tough to say.
If you have the text book cycle where you have dry cm after AF, then sticky, then cream and then EWCM and then it dries up they you could guess close to when you o'ed.
It just depends on whats normal for you.
Is there anyway you can still temp even though you are working night shift?? What time do you usually sleep and wake up?
