That's an article from JM. Yes it helps to raise your temps, but also does many other things important to pregnancy.

Good lUck! When are you having it dones? Let us know what your levels are.

Yes it will make your temps higher.

How long are you suppose to take it??

If you are pg do not stop it. Actually you shouldn't stop it till you know for sure you are NOT pg. Cuz if you suddenly stop it there will be a quick drop in the progesterone and if you were pg you more than likely would lose it.

i started taking progesterone last month. i could not tell if it was helping or not. i began it the day of my temp spike (day 20) after ovulation, and kept taking it until i got my period. about two days before i got my period, i had a temp drop. but i never stopped taking the progesterone until i got my period at 14 dpo. and my next cycle it looks like i am going to ovulate after only 10 days since my period began. i'm not really sure yet but i just noticed ewcm. i'm going to start my opk today. my body is soooo confused!

Yes it definitely will raise your temps. I take progesterone three days after a sustained thermal shift so that I know that I ovulated. Also, that's the way that my dr said to anyway. If it is taking to early it can inhibit implantation. Also, depending on how you take it orally or vaginally, it will mimic the signs of pregnancy. This last cycle I took it vaginally and the symptons were a lot less. I continue the progesterone until I get a temp dip and take a HPT. HTH

I am attaching my FF chart so that you can see the difference. I took progesterone Oct and Nov.
