my pre-o temps are so low that there is no place on my chart for them. i temp at 6am and get about 96.5-96.8. usualy my post-0 temps are around 97.5. anybody else have such low temps? my husband is convinced i am dead when i am sleeping.

mine are really low too, as low as 96.15. they always have been.

I think those temps are fine. What software are u using to chart?

i printed out the justmommies basal body temp. chart. i don't even remember how i found it. i keep meaning to go to fertiity friend, but i just keep this by my bed. it starts at 96.7 . whenever it dips lower i just put dots down in the description area and write it in.

I have lower temps as well.

My pre-O temps can be anywhere from 96.6 to 97.3. Much of the time its right at 97.0

Post o is usually 97.5

Low temps do not matter, what matters is that you see a thermal shift after Ovulation and all.
