Okay, I usually drink green tea to increase my cm. I'm getting a late start on it this cycle. I'm also having sinus congrestion and would benefit from some sudafed. I haven't been taking any sudafed because I thought it dried up my cm. But what would happen if I took sudafed and drank the green tea? Crazy question I know, but without the green tea I have very little cm, and I don't want to take the sudafed if it's gonna dry me up, kwim.

Mucinex is used to breakup congestion and from what I've read it also increases CM. This is my first cycle using it and it seems to be working so far!

I wouldn't use sudafed now.

But I also have heard of mucinex helping with CM.
