well, even if there is no pregnancy this cycle, my luteal phase is still good, hey jenn when you said your lp was different alot while nursing, did it gradually get better or was it just all over the place? my first chart had an lp of 10 days, then 9 days, then 11, now at least 12 so i think they are getting longer. i just wish i knew what day i should be expecting af, i mean that is why i am charting, how long can a lp get?

My cycles were all over the place. Once it would be normal, then it would be way off. It wasn't predictable.

af is here, yes jen, mommy of soon to be 6 lol. i believe you told me once that your lp was always different while nursing. well, i still think my chart looks good. this is about the length my cycles were before dd, so I don't think the breastfeeding should be an issue anymore. I am actually excited i get another month to lose weight as i did terrible this month, the only bad part is now i have to take the stinky vitex again.

And you are right, being your cycles are getting more normal, that is a good sign!!!!
