When does Day 1 of a new cycle begin? Does it have to be actually AF or just spotting?
I am spotting a tiny bit today, not even enough for a panty liner really. Should I mark FF as spotting? Is this considering Day 1 of a new cycle? Thanks!

Mark FF as spotting, cd1 starts with Red AF, FF will start cd1 automatically for you.
