Hi ladies, here's the deal. i slept from 11pm to 3 am and then woke up...I did not fall back asleep till about 4:30-4:45...my alarm was set to my "normal" temp time 6:30 am, so when it rang I temped...it came up 98.2 (disappointing) but I fell right back to sleep...I took it again at 8 am when I got up for real and it was 98.6...which temp would you use? the one at 6;30 after only 1 1/2-2 hours sleep or the one at 8 am whcih was more like 3 1/2 hours sleep???

Thank you for your help!!!

I would use your 6:30 temp, just make a note about only getting 2 hours of straight sleep. Don't worry about one temp, it's the pattern of temps that matter. Good Luck!

I would use the 6:30am temp as well.
