MY temps have been the same for 3 days straight?????????? Is that normal??

It is fine, it just means your holding a steady temp. Your still above the coverline, and your chart

really, the steady temp means a steady level of hormones from what I've read. I don't think I have had the same temp pattern since I started charting. As long as the temp stays above the coverline, that's all that really matters as far as chances for that BFP!
