when do you think i should try testing. i only bought two of the dollar tests since i happened to see them. last month i o'd on day 21 but it was my first cycle using vitex so i am hoping to o earlier this time but want to test at a resonable time, advice???

Do you only have 2 actually tests, or 2 kits with more than one test? I am not sure if 2 tests will be enough. THe kit I use comes with 7 tests and I usually o on day 13 or 14, but start taking them on day 10. I will some days take more than one if I think I am close.

I've only been using them for 2 cycles, so others might be able to give you better advice- good luck!

If you go by the directions they usually come with 7 tests, you are suppose to take one a day starting on like day 12 and then you take them till you get your + result.

BUT if you don't have a typical cycle, you may need to wait.

I personally use more than one a day cuz you can very easily miss your surge.

I used the target brand ones and I was happy with them. I could see my + for sure and I hadn't ever gotten a + on an OPK before that.

If you O'ed around day 21 last time it would be good to start testing on day 16 or 17. But OPKs are very picky you need to test at the same time every day, and you are not suppose to drink much of anything before you take them and you have to hold your pee for at least 4 hours.

Most people find that after noon they get a more accurate result. I tested at 11am and then at like 3pm with them.

As long as u are Oing, they should work. If you feel O symptoms now, then I'd take one just too see. IF you line is very faint then wait a few days to take another one. But you are probably going to need more than 2.
