Hey Guys-

Quick question. I just started charting and am new to this board. I keep track of my temp. on an excel spreadsheet I have created that makes a x/y graph for me. I'm paranoid about missing my ovulation days simply b/c I've never charted and my cycles aren't the most regular.

So hubby (age 24) and I (age 27) have decided to just hump like bunnies. We generally have sex 4-5 times a week as it is and we just might go for everyday anyways b/c well it's FUN. Will this reduce my changes of getting preggers b/c sperm won't be as virile?

Thanks,

~Ani

Unless your DH has a low sperm count, then no,having sex every day wont reduce your chances Just think of it this way,if you BD every day, there is no way youŽll miss the egg!! lol.

I also think you'll be fine and dandy. Have you tried fertility friend? It plots the temps for you and also factors in things like CM type. It uses a more sophisticated formula than the fertility awareness ("3 over6" or whatever it is). Just a thought, though I am impressed with your use of Excel. I love spreadsheet, lol.

As I side note, I've been lurking in Aug. DDC, and wanted to give you a bunch of I also jumped right back on the wagon after my m/c and conceived #2 that next month (((((hugs))))

Thanks Evvy. I figure I could sit around continue not eating and mope. Trust me I'm still unhappy. But what the hell, I'm not going to wait. I though long and hard for 2 years deciding whether or not I wanted a baby and I finally came to the conclusion: YES YES YES.

This miscarriage SUX ballz but I'm a "doer" and I need to start doing to get me where I need to be which is pregnant. I told my husband he needs to soldier up for all the love-making that is going down!

Hey girl. I have been thinking about you.

If you are gonna be charting use www.fertilityfriend.com there is lots of very useful information. And the rest of us can see it. Ha ha ha.

They say you tend to be more fertile after a m/c. BUT you need to ask your doc about what they think as far as TTC. If they want you to wait or not.

And having sex..... I know for us since we knew we would be doing it like rabbits around the time I ovulating.

Even though my DH has a fine sperm count I still worry about doing it too much LOL Every other day is better.

Good luck girl!! I hope you are on a due date club soon.

Fertility Friend is great--although very easy to get obsessed with!!!!! So watch out!!!

And I agree with the other ladies, as long as your DH doesn't have a sperm problem, which I would guess he doesn't since he already got you pregnant, you're good to go on the bunny route! Good luck!!!!

I hope you're not around here too long, and back in a DDC soon!
