Have any of you had a fallback (below coverline) and rise (above coverline) on your chart after you o'ed? I know it's a little to early to tell, but I think I o'ed on cd 22 and that I am experiencing my first fallback thermal shift cycle. You can see what I'm talking about with the attached chart.

I usually have temps that rise only like.2 degrees above coverline for like 3 days after O. But I'm wondering if you are Oing today instead of on cd22. That dip is only 2 days after your suspected O. I'd keep bding if I were you. Sorry that's not the response you wanted.

You can go stalk O charts and pg charts....I do that sometimes to find a chart like mine. Good lUck!

no, i definitely either o'd or am going to have an anovulatory cycle because my temp went back up to 97.3 this morning and there's no more cm also (the last of it was on Sunday) , i couldn't feel my cervix on Sunday. We'll just have to wait a few more days.
