Okay, I decided to start taking my temps after I O'd just to get in the practice and see what they do. Anyhow, they have been stable for the past 7 days. I am 11 DPO and I have some rough AF cramps. BFN this morning. I tested to ease my mind and make AF's appearance easier on me. Anyhow, when should my temps start going down? Thanks.
There is nothing wrong with steady temps that seem to flatline. What you want to look at is the overall chart, You want to see a clear thermal shift to indicate ovulation.
They say that if you are pg your temps should stay up high for about 18 days, if you're not pregnant they can stay up high for approximately 14 days and then start to drop.

Steady temps just mean you are holding a steady temp. as long as they don't drop under your CL (Cover Line) then you are in good shape. I don't see a CL on your chart, but I'll keep my fingers crossed that your temp hold steady or rises!!
