Oh yeah, when I was charting I felt like I knew my body better. I plan on using charting as my form of BC.

me too, i have bad o pain and never knew what it was from. no wonder it took so long to get pg, who feels like bding when thier tummy hurts. lol. my cycles are long so i love knowing when to expect af.

Girl, take your temp every morning, it will help...lol

I definately prefer when I am charting. It gives me a good idea of what is going on. lIke this cycle if I didn't temp I would want to test tomorrow, and it would be BFN. But, since my temp dropped this morning I know I am just waiting for AF.
