Hey all!!! I am new to this board so HI! not sure if im in the right forum but I had a question. I started using the ovulation tests the sticks that you pee on. The first 3 days I did it the test came up like it should and it said I was not ovulating. the 4th and 5th day (today) the test is coming up with a result that is neither. It is supposed to show two lines no matter wether you ovulating or not. and its now showing just the one line. anyone familar with this test and has it hapend to you?

I have used the clearblue ovulation tests and if there is only one line you are not ovulating if there are 2 lines then you are ovulating. And I have had a couple tests where no line will appear and I either to it again later in the day or just wait until the next day. I have had very good luck with these tests. Thank you so much. The test said that it should always show two lines they would just be lighter than one another and if its the same or darker than you ARE ovulating. Ill keep you posted Ill keep peeing! good luck to you as well!!!!!!!!!

I have used them, but didn't use them until I got a pos. The thing about OPK's is that you should hold your urine for 3-4 hours (i think) and not drink alot before you pee. Also once you start to get you lines and they start to get darker, you should test twice a day to make sure you don't meet your surge. Good lUck! I've not used CBE brand, but I've yet to get two lines on the brand I am using. (I am breastfeeding and haven't started ovulating again yet.)

I haven't personally used that brand.

But with ovulation kits, USUALLY they go like this, when you have 2 lines that are the SAME shade, both dark, or the TEST line darker than the control that indicates O is coming.

Only one line would for sure be not ovulating.

What do the directions with the kit say?

thanks all!! So I guess it was just wacky for a couple days cause yesterday and today im ovulating according to the test. two lines clear as day! Thank you guys so much! I love this board.
