Looking at my chart,do you think I need to take prgesterone? This is my first real month charting (the one before didnt count) so I dont know weather my low post O temps are normal for me or what..but if you look at my whole chart,I always have low temps (throughout my whole cycle).
I already have 2 children so before Iv never had issues of any kind...but does it look like I deffinately OŽd and that I need to take progesterone?
I dont have another real chart to comprae this one too,so Im so confused. How many days after O does it take for temps to rise? Also,Is it ok if they dont shoot up straight away and just go up gradually? Do they have to be way over the CL or can they just be as mine are? (just hovering above it).
Someone stalk me please!!!
(my cycles are 52+ days long.So I still have a couple of weeks until AF arrives which would either make my LP super long,or FF has got my O date wrong)

Your LP doesnt change, so whatever your normal LP is is should stay the same. For the cream, I think its up to you. Elizabeth(I believe) said it was safe even if you dont need it.

Well, don't really have much of an opinion on the progesterone for you, but I agree. I don't think you have O'd yet.

The only way to know if you need progesterone would be for the docs to test that.

So far it doesn't look like you have Oed yet though.

Since you have such long cycles have they talked about putting you on clomid? That way hopefully your cycle would be more predictable?

Looking at you charts I think Jenn may be right on this. I think clomid would be something I would look into.
