What do you do during AF? Just not temp?

I temp but then again I don't have a real heavy AF. If you don't feel comfortable with it, its fine to leave temping until AF gets light again.

I don't temp until its just light spotting, You really dont have to temp during AF at all.

I have had some pretty heavy periods and I temp through them.I dont even take off my underwear to temp though,so its not messy at all (I have baby wipes ready to wipe down my thermometer afterwards).
I just pull my underwear to one side (a little) temp,then take it out,wipe it clean and put it away.
