I was sort of sick yesterday. I don't know if I really had a temp or not all day. I do know that when I use a regular therm-all my life-I've had a slightly lower average temp. Not 98.6. It's always been around 97.2ish. When I took my temp around 8pm last night it was average-97.6. But I had been home all day laying on the couch. So, do I throw out my temp from yesterday morning? I know I was having hot flashes yesterday and I was really tired and lazy feeling. I know this is long, I'm sorry. It's just that that temp looks so out of place...maybe I'll throw it out...

I'd leave it and see what happens. It's not going to determine O or anything, maybe make a note and then see what happens the next few days. Good Luck, hope you are feeling better.
