Ok so last night I had one of those nights where I feel like I was awake all night, and whenever I looked at the clock I reckon I was too. So do I use the temp that I got at normal time or after I actually got some sleep? My naturopath reckons it doesn't matter what time the temps are taken at as long as they are after your longest sleep Sorry for the questions, I just don't want my chart looking fantastically good if it shouldn't be lol

Hmmm..
I know we can 'discard' a temp if you don't think it's right.
I would prob take it at the same time you normally do. Record it, then record that you were up all night. I guess you just need to watch the pattern. See how it goes the next few days before you discard it.
Careful, I might know before you do! Teehee!

haha maybe not yeah I'll just wait and see where tomorrow's temps are ... if they are high then I'll leave todays, if they're on their way back down then I need to change the one I have on there.

I would put the temp in that you took at your normal time. Never discard a temp as your chart will not read accurrately.
Good Luck!

Its always best to take your temp as close to your usual time. I would go with that one even though you didn't get great sleep, and if it seems just WAY out of place throw it out.
