Since just charting my periods to perdict ovulation and nothing happening im thinking about charting my temps, im not really sure how to do this but i feel that my Fertility Friend would be a lot more helpful to me if i chart them. So my question to all of you who do chart temps. Is a BB Thermometer worth it? how much do they cost?

They're more sensitive then ordinary thermometers and I guess a tad more accurate. You can pick them up quite cheaply, in Australia mine only cost $16 and you have a stronger currency then us, so I would imagine it being a bit cheaper.

Mine came from Wal-Mart. It was under $10. They cost about the same at any drug store, too.

Since you say you're not sure where to start, I'd recommend Fertility Friend's "Charting Your Way to Conception" course. They'll email a lesson to you every day, OR if you have the time and patience to read it all at once, it's all on the website as well.

Yes, I think that for $10, being able to chart my basal temperature is very worth it.

I use a BB themometer now, but I used to use a regular one and it worked fine. The only thing if you use a regualr one is make sure it isn't one of those super fast 9 sec types. If you do and your room is cold your temp will be too low. THe ones that take longer have time to warm up first. I always use BD brand, either the regular or the BB. But, the BB only cost about $3 more than the regualr one, so to me it is worth it. I needed the BB one because it is pink and my kids won't play with it because they know it is mommies special one...lol

I think it is totally worth it. I actually find charting my temps kind of addicting! LOL

I love to see what my body is doing.

I think I got mine at walmart or target for under $10. Its a purple BD brand.
