well, the amnio results from the baby showed he had robertsonian translocated chromosome 13 14. my sister and her husband both were tested and she has it too. this means the baby's chromosom's are probably fine just like his mom's but means that my sister and i both have 50/50 chance of having it also. i am pretty sure i have it because of the problems i have getting pregnant. the chance of a good pregnancy outcome is only 30 percent, not too good. i don't know what to think, i really didn't think we had it as my grandma had 6 kids who all had kids and my mom had 3, there were no problems with any of them. my sister's baby is her third and her oldest is only 3, so obviously it hasn't affected her having healthy babies. i just don't know if i could handle a baby with problems, most likely trisomy 13 is the only unhealthy baby that could come to term, and also all my healthy babies would have a 500 percen cccchance of having the same problems. sorry, i am ramlin i just am trying to think through this i thought i had pcos but now i have even worse problems......and no insurance sdo i acannot really afford testing to see if i have it for sure...thanks for listening ladies....
