If AF started yesterday then yesterday was day 1. As far as OPKs, I just order the ones online. I am kind of cheap with those.

i took my temperature as soon as I got af but I wasnt sure because it was so late at night.

so I took it this morning too and it was the same as lastnight.

the kits on the clinics list were all around 250-300 dollars canadian.
he said to buy the full kit because its more accurate than just the pee strips.

If your period starts late at night you can count it as starting the next morning.
