I have really achy bb's today. It started about 10:00 am. Does this normally happen AFTER O?? I've heard it does because of the rise of progesterone. I shouldn't be Oing now... should I?

If you experience sore bb's around O time... when does it happen? Before O, During O, or After O has occured?

Thanks!

I usually get not quite sore, more like uncomfy boobies right after I O, sort of along one side that lasts up until AF arrives.

Mine are not so much sore as they are achy. I just can't figure out if I have already Oed or I am about to.

I think with my temp rise I have already Oed.... but I can't figure out why I am just not getting the sore bb's. This just drives me crazy!

my nipples would get a little tender at ovulation then they would get sore and swollen a few days after when the progesterone starts building up.
