It could be a withdrawal bleed caused by stress. Basically, what can happen is your hormones rise in an attempt to ovulate - and if disrupted by stress or illness - they come crashing down resulting a bleed or spotting. Typically you can identify a withdrawal bleed when you notice the presence of mucus for a few days, and then a few dry days followed by a bleed. It can be spotting, or it can be as heavy as a regular period.
If it is ovulatory spotting, you will notice that it was immediately preceded by mucus or has mucus mixed in with it (no dry days before it started).
Hope that helps![/b]

I'm wondering if I didn't have a withdrawal bleed 19 days ago, because I don't remember there being any cramping or mood swings, or any food cravings, though I could just be drawing a blank. Today, I started to feel cramps like I normally do before AF. I also had slightly achy bb's and nausea and dizziness the past few days. But the nausea and dizziness could have been due to altitude and dehydration (still getting used to the climate difference.)
I just wish i were pregnant already and didn't have to deal with the crazy cycles I've had lately.
I found out that my sister-in-law--DH's brother's wife is pg again. Just made me so envious...I hate feeling that way. She's so sweet, I wanted to be happy for her, not be jealous of her. I'm doing a little better now, but I was so depressed when I found out I couldn't even talk to DH for like a day. I guess I am upset because in some ways I feel like it's my fault we haven't gotten pregnant yet, but I know it's just negative self talk.
Hope everyone is doing well. I am so glad I can write you gals and that you care about what's going on. I haven't made any friends here yet, so it's nice to be able to talk about things I don't want to burden DH about, things that I know he can't fix.
Thanks for caring,
Sarah
