Temp Down This Am :(

It is still high and well above my coverline, but it isn't as high as yesterdays temp. Is that okay? Or should I continue to keep going higher and higher everyday?

How can you tell if your chart is triphastic? I've never has a chart that has been, I'm not usre what to look for. Also, does it look like my chart may be?

It would be too early to assess whether it it triphasic; however, your temp today could be signs of implantation which usually occurs between 7-10 days after ovulation. If your temp rises tomorrow and continues to rise (or stay consistently high) then I would think that there is a strong possibility that you are pregnant.....I have my fingers crossed for you! Triphasic literally means "three phases". On some pregnancy charts, you can see clearly a pre-O level of temps, a post-O level of temps, and a post-implantation level of temps. Kind of like three steps of stairs, from left to right.

Just like most of your pre-O temps are below your coverline, and most of your post-O temps are above it, there can be another pattern like that around implantation. If you really wanted to, on a triphasic chart, you could draw another set of crosshairs at implantation. Most pre-implant temps would be below the coverline and most post-implantation temps would be above it.

So no, triphasic doesn't mean your temp goes up necessarily every day. Just that it stays up in another thermal shift.

A little drop is nothing to worry about. No, your chart doesn't look triphasic yet, but you don't have to have a triphasic chart in order to be pregnant. Or your chart might start looking triphasic in a few days.

You are still doing ok as far as temps go since you aren't at the end of the LP yet. Don't give up!

Me temp was down too, but I am 10 DPO, so it is the end for me. I have an 11-13 day LP, so it probably indicaters AF is on her way

I wouldn't worry, your chart still looks great and you are only on day 6. It might very well go back up tomorrow! Oh, I hope you get the BFP soon! Are you going to wait till your missed period or test earlier?

Well... I will just wait it out and see how my temps are. My stomache has been so upset here lately and I've been getting really dizzy latley. I wonder if the hormones make me sick to my stmoache and all? Does that make sense? I know I am not feeling pg symptoms, but I have been really nauseas and dizzy and hungry. I think the fluctuation of hormones makes me feel queazy.

I'm not sure though....
