It is normal to only get a positive OPK for one day. If you had tested later that night chances are it would have been negative even then! It won't stay positive until you ovulate. It will only be positive when your LH is surging. So you ovulated within 12-36 hours after that positive.
Yes, that high temp was due to the alcohol consumption. If it changes your O date, you might want to discard it just for the sake of accuracy ... but then, we don't know what your temp would have been if you didn't drink that night.
Depending on what kind of cervical fluid you were seeing, you might want to discard that temp. Does the mucus info match with the temp info, or are your crosshairs dotted? If they are, that means the info doesn't match and it's possibly because of that high temp. Discard it and see if the crosshairs become solid. If so I'd leave it out because it's likely just from the drinking.

Well now I see your chart ... you're probably Oing today or tomorrow like wannabesupermom said. It would be easier to tell if you had CM data, too.
