I reckon I only get about 10 mls of blood on a pad first thing of a morning (you know the whole night time build up/gravity thing) and have had nothing on a pad at any other time of the day. Except for the first day of spotting brown, that was way heavier then any of the bleeding that I have now. The colour is anything between bright red to pink ... I normally have dark red and heavier than this
Should I chart this as spotting or light AF?

If it's enough to require a pad or a tampon, it counts as AF as far as FF is concerned.
For example sometimes mine starts with spotting that's just heavy enough for me to want a pantyliner. I mark that as spotting because I don't need a pad ... it wouldn't bleed through my underwear at all. I just want some protection. Would it bleed through your underwear within the day? If so it's light AF.
