I'm new to TTC I I brought a CBEFM this month and used it.. My monitor said I was at peek on the 16th.. Can someone please tell me how many DPO am I?? I think im 12DPO, But i could be wrong.. Im not sure if you count the 16th as actual ovulations.. Help please thanks!!

Well, supposedly the monitor is predictive of fertility for that day. You're supposed to O within 24 hours after you get the "Peak" reading, or if you get a "Peak" reading two days in a row, you might O either of those days (within 48 hours of the "Peak" reading).

So you are either 12 or 13 DPO. If you only had the peak for one day, I'd say 13 DPO is more accurate. If you had it two days you could be either.

Of course by the time you read this it will be 13 or 14 DPO, with 14 more likely.

just wanted to wish you good luck. I've heard other ladies say it takes a few cycles for the monitor to get "use" to your cycles. Did you stop using the monitor after you got that first peak? Good luck! I hope you caught that eggie. IF you stalk some of the charts and some charts in the Chart gallery you'll see some who use the monitor and they are marked. Good Luck!
