What are your average temps? I've only done it for four days now but from what I am seeing on most of your charts my temps seem to be much higher.

Day 1: 98.2
Day 2: 98.9
Day 3: 98.3
Day 4: 98.7

I think the first and third days may not be as accurate as the second and last. On the first day I don't think I had it under my tongue all the way to the back because I didn't yet know you were supposed to do that. On the third day I only sleep for a little over 4 hours, so I'm not sure if that affected it...

I'm due for AF anytime in the next few days. Is your temp supposed to rise before AF or drop?

Your temps are supposed to be higher in the last phase of your cycle where you are now. Once AF starts, or sometimes before, you will see them drop. They will spike again when you O and stay up if you are pg or drop if you are not when AF starts again. HTH!

Before O, my temps are usually in the 96's. After O, they're between 97 and 98.5. But I've had cycles when they were in the 97's before O and the 99's post-O. As long as there's a pattern to them you're fine.

Everyone has different average temps. So you can't really compare it to other charts.

What you are looking for is the over all pattern to your chart. You just want to see a clear temp shift to indicate O has happened.

its hard to not look at each temp and wonder what it means, but that stresses you out, you shouldn't look at each temp, you need to look at it over all.

My temps tend to be much lower than many. Before I ovulate they can be anywhere from 96.6 to 97.3 Once I ovulate, they will go up and usually are around 97.5 to 98.0. Typically if I am pg, they are 98.+ but that isn't anything for sure.
