DH woke up at 6:15 today and I couldn't get back to sleep so I took my temp at 36.09 celsius.
My usual wake up time is 7:15, and just lay in bed dozing until then and took my temp again at 36.22 celsius.

My question is this, I know u r supposed to take temp after uninterrupted sleep...
So what is best? Use my 6:15 and have an open circle on chart? Or use temp corrector on FF? It gave me a 36.21 celsuis reading.

Here's to hoping I O today if it's low!

I have noticed with pre-o temps it is not as sticky when it comes to the temps, espcially if they are fairly close temps like that.

I would see what it does tomorrow. For me if I stay in bed and don't move much, my temp doesn't raise all that much, so I *think it stays pretty close to my normal waking temp. Which appears to be the same for you if FF adjusted it to pretty much the same temp you got when you took it at your normal time.

use the early temp and adjust it.

I am not sure how you adjust celsius, I only use F though.

So my temp today was tight with the adjusted temp from yesterday
So seems pretty accurate...I took my 2nd temp at my usual waking time.
So question, I imagine I should O in the next couple of days... is tight temps a sign of that coming?

I think the hard and fast rule about only taking temps after the longest sleep depends on the individual. After a bit of experimentation I found that waking up and lying there still gives me accurate temps and I can even get up once for a toilet run within the last 3 hours of sleep without it affecting my temps. If I'm up any longer or get up a couple of times in the night it does affect it.

I was confused because my temps were so different from the 1st temp to the 2nd temp I took. But I guess it doesn't matter too much, I had a drop today... so I feel like today is the O day based on a few things. I was hoping I would O earlier this cycle because my LP was only 9 days last cycle....but sometimes it's a longer cycle so am hoping for good things this month!!!!!!!!!!

My temps are all over the place. I have had a sick belly the past week...maybe that is why....
Anyone else like that?
