Okay... so I am thouroughly confused at this point! Last weekend right around O time DH and I had a very great weekend! Alochol was involved quite a bit that weekend! So... needless to say, I am not sure if my temps are correct or if I should discard them. FF says that I Oed on CD 17 (Saturday) because of the temp jump on Sunday AM. However, Monday's temp was a bit lower and it was an accurate temperature. My bb's started hurting something awful on Monday... this is very normal for me after I O. So I know that I did in fact ovulate this month!

So... my question is.... Should I keep Sunday's temp or discard it? If I discard it FF moves my O date to Monday CD21. That seems more in line with my cycles and the achy bb's that I have immediatly after O. That would also fall in line to th epossible IB that I may be experiencing today. Just hoping mainly! I would be 8DPO today if I discard the temp. Does alochol really effect your temps that much?

I'm not sure what to think....

I would keep it being that is the day that you had the first temp jump and the last day you had fertile CM.

You think? Even though my temp jump was probably alochol induced? Also... doesn't your temp dry on the actual day of O?

honestly...personally, i've never noticed alcohol affecting my temps, but maybe I'm just odd. I wouldn't discard the temp.

Great! Then I will just keep it as is!

I'm just not sure why I am spotting all of the sudden. I had no major temp drop that would lead me to believe that AF is on her way... The spotting was just this as with cramping.

I guess we will have to see!

Hi! I just wanted to chime in that when I drink my temperature ends up being significantly higher the next morning so I usually end up discarding it. For some reason, it really affects me!
