Sorry, there's no way to know. If you are late in the cycle and haven't ovulated, your body might still try at some point, or you might bleed. There's no way to know when either might happen.

If your cycle goes past 90 days, you need to get a prescription for progesterone to get your period started.

I dont O on my own and due to this my cycles are all over the place. The thing is,when you dont O,your body doesnt really know when to bleed kwim? So your cycles get crazy and unreliable.
In my case,my body tries to O a few times throughout my cycle, but in the end nothing happens,so my cycles last anywhere from 17 to 50+ days, and in the end I get what my OB reffers to as "break through bleeding".
I never know when AF is coming which is why my OB has allowed me to take Clomid Im hoping it works!!!

Its hard to say. If you have annovulatory cycles, depending on the reason for them sometimes AF jsut doesn't come on her own and you need the help of meds.

That's a good question... I'd suggest going to see your doctor... she can do tests or go over your history with you to help evaluate. Bring your charts in, it'll help her.
It'll also give you piece of mind. Also, if you're trying to conceive, you may be a suitable candidate for a med, like Clomid, which will help you O so you can conceive faster!!!
Good luck sweetie!

Can I ask you how you know you didn't O? Is your ticker correct in saying you are on day 20 of your cycle? Ifyou are on day 20 it's not too late to O. Good Luck, if you get to day 60 you might call your doctor. How long are your cycles normally?
