hi ladies, I posted my chart a few weeks ago.. tried this in high school and had crazy reports, so trying again now... trying to keep my times at the same time every morning, but I have a crazy work schedule. Any advice, or does this look normal? I thought it looked a little wierd compared to others
i'm also a 25 day cycler...

The problem is you are not temping at the same time. You chart isn't going to be accurate unless you temp at the same time each morning before you do anything besides roll over and grab your thermometer and stick under your tongue. kwim. You do have a 30min leaway either way of your time. Good Luck!

I agree... its hard to know for sure based on your temps cuz they are not taken at close to the same times. They are taken at all different times.

You may have to look more at your CM and chart that very closely before looking at your temps.

What shifts do you work??

You know what I do? I just leave my alarm set at 6:45 all the time. Even on weekends. This way on the days when you don't have to wake up with your DH then you simply wake up when his alarm goes off, temp...write it down on a paper by your bed, and go back to sleep.

It's easy. and trust me you fall asleep again really fast.
